Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 days after payment is successfully received.

Processing time may be affected by weekends, public holidays, high order volume, inventory availability, or order verification.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 2–15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address before placing your order.

Seedly Garden is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery status.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Seed Product Notice

Seed packaging should be kept dry, cool, and away from direct sunlight after delivery. Seed quality and growing results may be affected by storage conditions, weather, soil, planting season, watering, and customer care after delivery.

Seedly Garden is not responsible for planting or germination issues caused by improper storage, unsuitable growing conditions, or planting outside the recommended season.
