Return and Refund Policy

At Seedly Garden, we want every customer to receive quality seeds and a clear shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, seed packets must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because seeds are sensitive agricultural products, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened seed packets
Used or planted seeds
Seeds damaged after delivery due to storage, moisture, heat, or handling
Items not in their original packaging
Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked at checkout

We also cannot guarantee germination results if seeds are planted outside the recommended season, stored improperly, or grown under unsuitable conditions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at adrienbalter6116@hotmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to contact us first. If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and arranging a replacement when available.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, missing item, or damaged item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by an error on our side.
