Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Email address used for the order
Reason for cancellation

Cancellation Approval

A cancellation request is not guaranteed until it has been reviewed and approved by Seedly Garden.

If your order is successfully cancelled before processing or shipment, we will notify you by email.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders may not be cancelled if:

The order has already been processed
The order has already been packed
The order has already been shipped
The package has been handed over to the carrier
The order is already in transit
The cancellation request was made after the allowed cancellation window

Seedly Garden sells vegetable seeds, flower seeds, herb seeds, and garden planting seeds. Because seed products are sensitive planting products, please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
